On Wednesday, August 5, we are delighted to welcome our dear friend Amie Nemec, sommelier turned winemaker and founder of Amiable Wines, for a special Tasting Room Takeover at VoilĂ  at Six Twists.

Amie will be behind the bar personally pouring her new label, sharing the wines, the vintage, and the rather beautiful story behind Amiable.

Her philosophy says it best:

Amiable isn’t just a wine—it’s what happens when “I can’t” meets a table full of friends who say “we will.”

What began with an unpaid internship at a Texas winery eventually led Amie to Napa Valley, where she helped make wine—and ultimately to the realization of a long-held dream: bottling wines of her own.

Come meet the woman behind the bottle, taste the new release, and linger awhile with us. Wines will be available by the glass and bottle throughout the evening, with bottles available to take home.

No formal class. No pretense. Just a winemaker, her wines, and a room full of people who love discovering what’s next.
