Join us for Beer poking with the brewer, also known as Bierstacheln in German- a winter tradition that involves heating a metal rod in a fire and then plunging it into a glass of beer. This causes sugars in the beer to caramelize and the foam to become extra frothy. Buy a beer at the bar (the porter works great), then bring it out back to be "poked" at the fire! Free entry.
