Witcher Brewing is a family-owned brewery and biergarten on the 290 Wine Trail just east of Fredericksburg. We built it to brew approachable beer and bring back a piece of the historic German biergarten culture that has been missing from our community. Our kitchen has something for everyone, and if you don’t want a beer, we also offer house seltzers, wine, and coffee.
The space includes communal beer-hall tables, a place to watch your favorite team, ample covered outdoor seating, and plenty of outdoor room for kids and adults alike. Kids and pets are part of the vision, not an afterthought.
The goal is straightforward: create a place that works for regulars and visitors, whether they are making a quick stop or settling in for the day, with beer that hits the spot, delicious food, and a space where everyone feels welcome.

2nd Annual WitcherFest is here! Don your lederhosen, brush up on your stein holding, and get ready to polka! German Oktoberfest has come to Texas! We'll have plenty of brats and giant pretzels (y'all sold us out last year, so we over-prepared this year!), live music, competition, and of course Oktoberfest bier. Prost, y'all!
