Come learn about the wildlife we have here in Central Texas!
Discover some of the amazing creatures found here at the park and have the chance to interact with real skins and skulls. Look at the skulls and touch fur specimens while learning how different features like the shape of the teeth and the color of fur help each animal survive in the wild.

"Come celebrate Lyndon B. Johnson's birthday early with us at the Sauer-Beckmann Farm!
Try your hand at spinning tops, playing jacks or picking up sticks. Think you can win at a game of tic-tac-toe or close-the-square? We will be playing the same games that LBJ could have played as a child in 1918. Games are open to all ages!"

Plant wildflower seeds for future generations!
Celebrate the life and legacy of Lady Bird Johnson by planting wildflower seeds with us!
We provide the seeds, you do the stompin’!
Learn about flowers, help us reseed our fields, and buy some wildflower seeds in the park store to take home! We will have arts & crafts activities for kids available. But the fun doesn't end there.... Be sure to come back in the Spring to see the blooms you helped create!
