HELD is a one-hour somatic yoga and sound experience designed to gently calm the nervous system and invite deep rest. Through slow, intuitive somatic movement and live sound played in resonance with the body, you will be supported in releasing tension, softening effort, and reconnecting with a sense of safety and self-love.

This is not a workout or a performance.

It is a space to be supported.

No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies are welcome.
